Hey! I'm Kim, a Personal Trainer who loves a good green smoothie, a kick butt workout and has a debilitating sweet tooth.
I am happiest with a book, cup of coffee and warm blanket, and will break into dance at the sound of anything by Salt n Pepa. 
I am married to my high school best friend and we have two wild and crazy little boys who think wrestling is the best form of exercise.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 13 years and am so thrilled to have a job I love! I believe that fitness is more than just glossy photos of muscled women in bikinis. It's more than eating “good food” and “bad food”. It's more than beating your poor body into oblivion. 

To me, fitness is about being strong. It's about being an active participant in your own life. It's about being able to play with your kids. It's about being mentally strong and powerful. It's about being able to open your own jars, lift your own suitcases. It’s about everything (yes everything) in moderation. 

It’s my personal mission to teach other Moms how to care for themselves through fitness and food.
